Why not have a try at some cosmic yoga today - search through the different videos and see what you fancy. Is it going to be Frozen yoga? Pokemon yoga? or Trolls yoga? Or something else?

Try to be active for at least 30 minutes a day. Below are some videos that could help you be active. Choose a times table video, or something else you fancy learning about.
Each morning at 9am, there is a workout on youtube with Joe Wickes (with parents permission). It's hard work, but see how much you can do! Why not get your grown ups to join in too!
Oti Mabuse (from Strictly) has also been broadcasting some dance lessons which you can find on YouTube (with parents permission).
