All schools are required by law to keep on record details of all children admitted to the school. Wordsworth Primary obtains this information from parents at the admission stage by completing a Pupil Registration Form (yellow forms). This information is held on the central management system and is confidential in line with the Data Protection Policy.
The information held includes contact details for parents and carers. We use these details at such times should your child become ill at school or there is a medical emergency, so it is important that we always have up to date contact details.
We will contact you during the Autumn term to ensure the information held is current, however, if there is any change in your contact details (ie if you move house, change doctor, change telephone number or there is a change in your child's health or personal requirements) please do inform the school office immediately.
